AIESEC Elections

AIESEC elections are held annually at all three levels of the organization: global, national, and local. The elections are used to elect the members of the AIESEC Global Platform, the National Committees, and the Local Committees.

The AIESEC Global Platform elections are held during the AIESEC Global Congress, which is the organization's highest decision-making body. The AIESEC Global Congress is held annually and is attended by delegates from all of AIESEC's National Committees. The delegates elect the members of the AIESEC Global Platform, including the International President.

The AIESEC National Committee elections are held during the AIESEC National Congresses, which are the National Committees' highest decision-making bodies. The AIESEC National Congresses are held annually and are attended by delegates from all of the Local Committees within the National Committee. The delegates elect the members of the AIESEC National Committee, including the National President.

The AIESEC Local Committee elections are held during the AIESEC Local Committee Assemblies, which are the Local Committees' highest decision-making bodies. The AIESEC Local Committee Assemblies are held annually and are attended by all of the members of the Local Committee. The members of the Local Committee elect the Local Committee President.

AIESEC elections are open to all members of the organization who meet the eligibility requirements. The eligibility requirements vary depending on the level of the election. For example, to be eligible to run for the position of International President, a candidate must have served as a National President for at least one year.

AIESEC elections are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The elections are overseen by an independent election committee, which is responsible for setting the election rules and procedures and for ensuring that the elections are conducted in a fair and impartial manner.
